Cosmic Exploration is CASUAL content with a pinch of midcore

They are absolutely not standard, a lot of them seem built around using one or two specific skills. Maybe rank D is mostly normal but they start getting weird pretty much immediately.

I'm not saying they're hard, but if you're used to the regular content in the game you might just approach this like anything else and find yourself unable to complete some of the tasks.

It is possible for DoL, I haven't gotten into depth with those yet due to the way the relic progression works unfortunately. From what I've seen, a lot of people have legitimate issues with DoL.

Class B missions don't give the Rank IV research exp needed to complete the last stages of the relics.

Point taken, but then again, ShB and EW relics also required expert recipes for their latest stages, which were generally harder. You could bruteforce their baseline collectability with macros (and a lot of gear/melds), but even then the latest stage? Not that much when they were current.
This isn't really different, one can get bronze or silver rating more easily on a lot of A-1s, but this will sound like I'm shifting the goalposts so, point taken.
