With a mini story, where you visit the DDR machine at a local shopping mall, which unlocks...

A DDR savage raid! (Can never have too much savage difficulty content)
You can put lots of character cosmetics rewards in there Yes, keep all the cosmetics as savage rewards.

And to celebrate, promote it with lots of contemporary casual clothing in the cash store!

You could do an Inzoi x DDR x Hollister crossover mega event!
You don't even have to worry about the XIV part of the crossover. It's already covered by all of the above.
Don't worry about story or dialog too much. That's not your audience.

I recon you could get musk at least onboard with this. You'd just have to tell him what a bunch of suckers your customers are and point out what a mega troll it would be and the lolz it would be good for.

Frankly, I'm surprised it got even one response.
