


The sync is definitely weird and doesn't always work like it says it does. I've gotten the "Item level too low" warning while fishing in scrip gear at 91/92 and gotten gold with one cast.The level synced quests feel weird. Did a Critical mission on BTN94(lv 90 script gear), had a 100% collection rate on the items. Got a level up and suddenly the collection rate goes down to 98%. To me that just feels weird, going up in level, now you're worse at collecting the items than you were a level ago.


I do agree the gatherer weapons take forever to lvl up, not so much because of the events themselves, but because you need 3 to 4 min between 2 levesquest because you need both your GP full and your GP potion available if you want to get a A rank, even with pentameld bis gear. you get basically the same tool experience than with crafter, while crafter can do them one after the other. This whole area would benefit getting either a boost of xp for gatherer tools, either a boost in regen.
I still feel it was a mistake to abuse that content for leveling AGAIN. Its lv 100 now, we need endgame fun. If its only bearable if we use it to level, then its failed content...

Even as leveling its unbearable imo.
I've been at it for hours upon hours and only for 2 level of Miner and a few in Weaver.
With the time it takes me in there I would've probably level capped those lv.90 jobs to 100 with levequests.

Some people will see a failure as a puzzle to solve. Others will take to the forums and loudly proclaim that the game is terrible because it made them feel bad.

And then people like you will come in hear and try to invalidate any opinion that you don't like or agree with because it makes you feel bad.
And a failure is a failure. The devs failed at Cosmic Exploration, if you like it, good for you, don't don't have to reply to a post of someone who thinks it's sh*t. Just go back to your beloved failure and keep your non-helpful comments to yourself.

I disagree... Chaotic is exclusively savage content.Sounds like another bait and switch like they did with Chaotic Raids.
"This is content casuals can do. Oops, teehee, we actually made it Savage difficulty!" (And yes, if you have to pentameld to barely pass, it might as well be Savage.)
Wouldn't be surprised if the number of participants dropped out long before it was all finished because a bunch of people realized this was more content for hardcore players again, and the only thing casuals get to do is farm gil elsewhere to buy the cosmetic items later. (Hey, that sounds oddly familiar too...)
Cosmic (For quite a few issues it has), it still appeals quite heavily to casuals.. It is casual content that casual players can engage with quite extensively if they so wish... It is also just content that has some difficult counterparts for those desiring more of a challenge, but honestly to do everything, e.g., contribute to server progression and to do relics you barely need to engage with the more challenging components, and the relics progressively get easier.
Most of the A-1/A-2 recipes can be macro'd with relative ease, if you were also able to do the 3* recipes.
After first relic the rate of data logs increases by 50%, and then it increases by an additional 50% for every other relic, e.g., 100% when working on 4th relic.
