This bug only seems to affect the Newfoundland timezone and I assume any similarly "strange" timezone that isn't an exact hour like most other time zones. For reference, the Newfoundland timezone is UTC -3:30. All timers I've seen will be off aside from the personal ones from stellar missions. For example: red alerts and mech op timers will show 31 minutes remaining instead of 1 minute remaining. This was very confusing to me and I figured it was a bug some people were facing, but then I was watching my friends play over discord and their timers were correct so I got confused.
I asked a friend of mine who lives in the same timezone and he said he's had the same and also thought it was a bug a lot of others were experiencing. After that I closed my game, changed my computer's timezone to Atlantic time(UTC -4:00) to test if my hunch was correct and opened the game and sure enough the next mech ops that popped up had a correct timer.
This bug should be able to be replicated by changing the timzone on your pc to Newfoundland timezone or a similar :30 or :45 timezone. I know these places are only few in the world, but I hope they can be accounted for in the future as the timers are a bit confusing.
