Maybe make it auto-kick the healer if a WAR spawns?

Tank is in a state that is OP but also very boring.

Reworking tanks would require more then "just remove mit/self heal"

It doesn’t matter that WAR is invincible in dungeons when all the tanks are overpowered in dungeons.

To me it seems obvious that dungeons, like all duty roulette content, are deliberately made to be easy in the sense that they don’t require players to play their jobs properly. There’s no notable dps checks, no notable healing checks (unless other players are doing badly), and no notable mitigation checks. The end result is that if you haven’t played tank for a year then you’ll still probably do fine in a levelling roulette because you have more mitigation than you need. You only need to use some of your mitigation. But then when a tank player actually uses their mitigations properly the healer doesn’t need to be there at all.

This will always be the case unless the devs want to make it so people have to play their jobs properly to complete a duty roulette dungeon. But if they make it like that, then the WHM players that only use Cure 1 will start flaming their tanks. And then also more people will become intimidated of playing tank or healer in normal difficulty content.

It's perfectly possible to have content that doesn't require people to play their jobs optimally without making it so people don't have to play their jobs at all, or, perhaps worse, so that one role can make another an objective hindrance to the team.
