Launcher stuck at title - Steam - Windows 11

I haven't been able to access the game for two days now. The launcher stays at the final fantasy 14 logo and wont let me go to the log in page. Sometimes it would stay at the log in but quickly revert to the title. Wont even let me access the settings tab in the launcher. None of the troubleshooting Ive tried has worked and Ive been having trouble finding a fix or if this is a widespread issue. Any help is appreciated.

Stuff i tried:
- delete and re download launcher
- restart computer
- turn off and on again
- download windows update
- reinstall drivers

I had the same issue. This worked for me:
Edit FFXIV_BOOT.CFG and change value of line WebView2RuntimeInvalid from 0 to 1.
FFXIV_BOOT.CFG is located in /Documents/My Games/FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn/

I tried so many things and couldn't get it to work either. I finally got so frustrated that I uninstalled the game and removed every file from my computer attached to 14 and clean reinstalled. It fixed the issue for a day and I just finished redoing all my hotbars, HUD and settings. I thought the issue was solved, but i logged in today and same thing, stuck on the XIV Online Splash Screen again. I had also tried what yshdmt suggested:

I had the same issue. This worked for me:
Edit FFXIV_BOOT.CFG and change value of line WebView2RuntimeInvalid from 0 to 1.
FFXIV_BOOT.CFG is located in /Documents/My Games/FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn/

but it still didn't solve the issue (for me). My guess is maybe there are unintended interactions with WebView2 and Steam. I saw a lot of Linux users are having issues as well, but SqEx is going to have to squash it somehow. I hope we can get a response or acknowledgement on it soon.

How often does the issue occur?

Could you provide the exact error message received, if any?
Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
When the issue happens, is the PC over heating at all?
Were any update or changes made to the PC around the time of the issue?

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.

IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!!! The only Solution ive found for this that works is to completely uninstall it via steam and then reinstall the game out right. It works for the one singular time i log in then, but then it refuses to work again after i log out. It also means i have to completely reinstall the entire game every time i do it, so its not a sustainable solution in any respect.
For the Mod im hoping is reading this,
its happening every time i boot up the launcher outright. i have to reinstall the entire game to get it to boot correctly once, and then it only works for that one time.
i am not running any additional programs
my PC is not overheating
to my knowledge no i havent had any updates
This is my system report. When i did this it caused the same crash and eternal title screen as before i uninstalled and reinstalled.
