'Please enter valid password' in launcher.

This morning I've been trying to login through the launcher (PC, not Steam) and I keep getting an "invalid password" error. The thing is, I've went ahead and typed my password into Notes, copied and pasted it into the FFXIV Online Store, Mogstation, and even here and it works fine but when I try to do it with the launcher it gives me an error that says "The password entered is invalid. Please enter a valid password."

I have tried using the launchers repair tool twice and nothing works. My next course of action is to reinstall the game but hoping to find some sort of resolve before getting to that. I also want to note that I've gotten this error about 10 times now and it has not locked me out of my account which makes me believe this is some sort of bug.

Edit: In my eagerness to try out the cosmic exploration, I went ahead and uninstalled. I set it up and once again it is the SAME ERROR when trying to log into the launcher. I copied and pasted into Mogstation and my password works and it still says my password is invalid in the launcher. This is beyond infuriating!!!

Edit 2: I've finally got my first 'locked out of account' due to too many unsuccessfully tries but that was after 15 tries.

Final edit: Solved. It was the one time password I was missing in my eagerness.

Verify that your user ID is correct. After the update I had to put mine back in on the launcher.

It is correct. I've even tried not capitalizing it just in case.
