It won't kill it, but it surely won't help it. XIV is a game that needs everything to be perfect, and badly textured assets aren't helping.

And yes, there are plenty of redeeming features in the small details of XIV, does that mean I shouldn't point out my issues with something bad?

When you are having fun jumping around and stabbing things with a giant fork, you don't really notice grass.... at least i don't...
