    That looks like a Free-Trial launcher from what I've seen online.



    It could be that some cached information/config file has corrupted and the game thinks it's a freshly installed free-trial?

    If in doubt, uninstall (run a full virus/malware scan) and reinstall the game - bit of a pain I know, but better to be safe than sorry.
