Honestly 90% of the female "hairstyles" looks bad anyway. New one just looks silly.
I rather more quality looking hairstyles more then anything.

Now I wanna see what Au ra males look like bald. :O
Never forget your one true friend.
You've made an assumption on who I am and what I'd be content with.
I know how businesses and subscription models work, in fact, I'm surprised the subscription fee hasn't risen over time to match inflation rates.
If they did raise it, would I be mad about it? No.
If it meant reinvesting that money into content for the game with methods to acquire the stuff they're flogging on the online store, then I wouldn't be mad.
I don't buy cosmetics from the Mogstation, purely because I don't want to, not because I can't.
I don't want to spend money on things that should be available in the game.
Of course, this is nothing more than an opinion.

Some do, some don't, but again, the majority that are added (cash shop or in-game) whilst unisex are clearly designed with female characters in mind. That is the crux of my issue.
Consoomers be Consoomering
Not everyone cares about their avatar appearance and definitely most of people don't want to see subscription increase (even current price is unrealistic when everything goes up with inflation)You've made an assumption on who I am and what I'd be content with.

This is why current Mog Station model works.
While SE periodically offering well designed outfit/hairstyle in the game; they also satisfy minority of people who want extra from NPC for a price
They can keep the subscription fee down while makes the people who want better looks happy. (if i am correct, a lot of legacy players are still paying $11.50 or something?)
I think that is fine for NPC hair/outfit to be on Mog Station

And majority of the ones added through cash shop looks bad on any of my characters.
I sympathize wanting more hairstyles that suit your character, but I'm here like "damn that new hairstyle looks awful".
Only the two most recent ones were blatantly more feminine if I recall correctly, It being on male characters is more so people who want a more feminine hairstyle as a male character don't feel left out which I think is perfectly fine, Hopefully the next one is more masc, but with recent hairstyles I wouldn't really be that excited or hopeful either way.
I just want more high quality hairstyles regardless.
