Yes let me just Disband a max Rank FC, demolish an apartment, inconvenience myself by moving away from all my friends and having to DC travel to do anything with them and risk getting locked out during high congestion time or make them all travel every time we want to do anything, just so I can have a shot at a house.

Because "Level and Rank up an entire separate character and get someone's help to transfer Gil over to another Data Center where you have to visit/connect to in order to enjoy" is more reasonable than "I want to enjoy this game feature on my character in my homeworld" somehow

You get 1 million Gil reaching level 30 and 15 free days of subscription if you create a character on a new world in Dynamis. Only works for the first character you create there, characters transferred doesn't count. So rank up, buy an apartment, buy a mannequin and them move the large amount of Gil needed for both FC and personal plots.

I think you are missing the point here. It's an absurd alternative to SE just fixing the root problem of there simply not being enough supply. It's an entirely manufactured problem that has a very, very easy programmatic solution.

You know, neighborhoods are largely dead anyway. I don't know why folks insist on keeping them this way when no one hangs out in them unless they are there specifically to see something. I have not seen a single soul in my neighborhood since I bought my house, and I'm on a beachfront property! If folks wanted to hang out, surely there would be activity on the beach!

It's just such a hollow argument for keeping the system the way it is. Instance the housing already and be done with it.

I know, my main alt is from Seraph and SE royally messed up by not funneling all new players when DT came out to Dynamis. I also pointed out it's only for new characters, not those transferred to a new world on Dynamis. I have suggested many times they break up Dynamis and merge them with the big 3 NA data centers that would provide much needed relief for the overcrowded housing issues as thousands of additional plots would open up and also force all submarine shacks to be demolished and only allow one FC and private plot per world. I also don't want to get rid of the ward system as my neighbors actually use their homes and so do I. I also suggested they have both and as someone else suggested, make you go through the wards to get to your instanced home or update Island Sanctuary since it's already instanced.

That was the original pause last fall. It expired in January, and then less than 24 hours later they turned it right back on again because parts of LA burned to the ground.
