NA Housing Demolition?

Not to be insensitive, but how much longer is it expected for NA housing demolition to be suspended? The situation in LA is pretty much resolved by now and it seems strange keeping all of NA without almost any new cycling houses for this long after the events happened there. Do these normally only change when full patches happen?

people have made up their minds some want the timer and some don't, crazy that there is a range of people with different opinions.

honestly I can't wait for it to be done so I can bid on a house not gonna lie and I do also think people should only be able to own 2 house per data center max. counting main and alt

I agree, it's time to unlock the housing timer. If it's stopped for every major disaster in the US, you might as well not have it at all, because the country is non-stop natural disasters.

Dynamis has plenty of houses, and DC traveling for better or worse is a thing.

Especially after being called out by Blizzard regarding WoW's recent Housing release, "No exorbitant requirements or high purchase costs, no lotteries, and no onerous upkeep (and if your subscription lapses, don’t worry, your house doesn’t get repossessed!)"

I would say don't hold your breath, and there's plenty of workarounds. I'm thrilled the timers are turned off, as rl has demanded my time the last few months and haven't been subbed. You can imagine my surprise to find I still have my Medium 3 months later. 20mil and redecorating I don't have to recover!

Those don't have a house want a demolition timer active; but once these people obtained one, they immediate do a 180 degree turn and against the demolition timer.
