Whats happening with missing items in peoples inventory?

So i logged in today 4/13/25 and did some dungeons and raids from roulettes. Got myself a new raid hat and went to glamour it with my usual glamour I have been using for over a year. My glamour hat was missing from my inventory. Went looking in my retainers thinking maybe i had placed it in one of their bags but nothing. This is a glamour I have been using for over a year and keep it in my inventory....WTF happened to it SE? Then i went to the market board to buy it and its not there and then I noticed you folks put it on the SE purchase site. So are you deleting peoples items from their inventory or retainers to make money? Deplorable and no wonder you folks might be losing people. Been playing this game ever since ARR came out and noticing small stuff like this going on.

If you know the name of the item, use the /isearch command. If its still in your possession anywhere, this will tell you. If the item is on the store, that means that either you previously purchased it or that it was a reward from a seasonal event. As such, you might have stashed it in your armoire on accident.
