I'm going through the same problem. I was mid-data center transfer yesterday when Crystal started having issues and got stuck with it unable to finish transferring, and now after maintenance I'm stuck with the 3084 error and no real signs of it ending.

I'm also running into this issue. Was mid-DC travel when everything crashed last night. I contacted support and they just told me to delete the character settings, which did nothing. Still unable to log into any of my characters all day because the game just crashes as soon as I try to connect to a data center and gives me the 3084 error.

Having the same issue. Was playing the night of the DDOS. Tried returning home from Crystal and was stuck in the transfer so just closed game until after maintenance. Tried logging in and stuck with error code. Been like this over an hour error 3084

Getting the same issue. Support emailed me saying,

"The error is most commonly caused by an improper disconnection from the servers during gameplay. As the game servers still recognize the character as being logged in due to the improper disconnection, the character cannot be logged into again. Unfortunately, there is no manual way to communicate to the servers that the character is no longer logged in, nor is there a way to manually log the character out. The character will eventually be recognized as logged out, though this time can vary depending on multiple factors, such as the area the character was in when the disconnection happened."

I read of people with this error having to wait until the next maintenance to log in as the game forces everyone to log out then, but I really don't wish to wait that long.

Not being able to force log out characters in your own game seems like a pretty stupid oversight.

I received the same response and, honestly, waiting until the next patch isn't exactly what I'd like to do.
Answered their e-mail and then got another one regarding "change your port, must be it", but I can log to EU, JP and OCE just fine. It's just my NA character who's stuck.
It's... upsetting.

I'm thinking of trying to transfer my character to Dynamis, since it's free and it'd maybe force her to move. Idk. I'm desperate at this point.

I encountered the same issue and got the same response. I tried unsubbing so that when the subscription expires my character gets kicked out, maybe this will solve the issue.

Still haven't tried, I need a friend to get his furniture from the house we shared. Damn, it won't work, mine were also selling stuff.
