This would be better already, but if encounters stopped following a rigid script at all times and required different party reactions, then this would shine even more.
oh I love that idea but healer could have defensive buff phys range could have DPS buff and viper and ninja could have defensive debuff.

ok give healers a way to apply blind slow like holy stun gravity should apply heavy or give haste to itself something bio should apply slow and burn should apply a panic that lower target accuracy
