Cannot play ranked cc due to world congestion

So as of writing this, all worlds on crystal are congested meaning that at the moment it is impossible for me to play ranked cc. While I'm sure this is out of the norm and wont last long enough to have much of an impact, it really feels like something that should be addressed. I expected there to be at least some contingency in case something like this happened, but that does not seem to be the case.

Edit: It seems that there's an issue occurring with crystal that isn't typical congestion. I still find it concerning that there doesn't appear to be contingency for if the data center hosting ranked having trouble, but it is more understandable.
