Ban premades from frontline, fix all issues

I left the match after dying 8 times in 1 min.

Mathematically, this doesn't even add up. 5 second respawn timer, possibly an additional 5 to 10 seconds to actually respawn, and a 10 second invincibility timer.
Make what you will of it.
