Weather and lighting: Overkill on rain/cloudy/dark weather since DT

There is more of a dark, gray, overcast with a lot of weather since DT, and it seems way more frequent in some places too, especially Shirogane. The cloudy weather in Shiro used to not be so dark and dreary, and 80% of the time I come there now, it's dark and/or rainy or foggy. It's really overkill for what is supposed to be a warm and sunny beach area. Not to mention the sunset on clear sky seems muted and drab now. I've noticed more rain and dreary weather in other areas too but most noticeable there. Definitely seems like an increase overall in bad weather since DT launched. It doesn't feel more "realistic" to me. I've also noticed odd and illogical lighting when it's night. Some areas are far too dark now, some are far too lit up, by seemingly, no apparent light source. The lighting and weather effects just feel off overall compared to how it used to be.

WoW used to have weather until people complained there's not always sunny in their favorite afk spot until devs got fed up and removed 99% of rain.
