For now, I've used Mudfish as it seems reasonable for short temporarily (hopefully) to get around this problem.

During installation, I had WFP ticked as well. I also enabled WFP during the configuration step mentioned in the linked guide. The only part it suggested that to pick the node nearer to the datacenter, I assume it's to pick one closer to Materia's DC (which is based in Sydney), I selected "AU Oceania (Sydney - Amazon EC2 2)".

Note: you do need a Mudfish account and I bought UAD4.99 Mudfish Credit (for PPT use), which reported to have 32.6 GiB traffic (please do note that traffic usage will be doubled, e.g. if using 1GB = 2GB used, 1GB from endpoint to Mudfish, and 1GB from Mudfish to you.)
