Im Using Slingshot and am currently having the same issue in in NZ

My friend on spark in NZ has confirmed he is able to connect just fine

Same issue here, got booted around 10:30pm aest last night and have not been able to reconnect since. Materia DC, Superloop ISP

I have the same issue, Japan home DC and I DC traveled to OCE. All other data centres work fine. My character's been stuck in Materia since yesterday. When I try to login to Materia, it shows the blue character select background but no menus and after a few seconds my game automatically crashes after giving a 2002 error.
ISP is also Exetel.

Is there something special we need to do to raise this with SE? Or will mods automatically pick this up and upgrade to a ticketed issue? Sorry, new to the forums because of this issue.

GMs should moderate these threads, I suppose if you really want you can raise a ticket to SE and tell them about this thread, but not sure if that will do anything (plus their response times are quite slow from memory)

For those who are reporting this issue, I'm compiling a list of ISPs that are failing to connect to Materia, lmk if your ISP is failing too and I can add it here:

Failing ISPs
AU: Dodo (fixed), Superloop (fixed), Exetel (fixed), Tangerine
NZ: ONE NZ, 2degrees on PC, Slingshot, Spark(?), Sky

On a side note, I wonder if this is related to why my ISP causes me to keep being booted back to the login screen whenever I'm on Mogstation

My friend is able to login and he's with spark, but apparently someone in this thread is also having problems with spark.

Allegedly this problem is being caused by a node being dead, but I have no source to confirm this at all.

Dodo just fixed it too, was able to log in without a VPN again
