Spring Community Support Campaign B Sweepstakes / Prize Draw (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B.Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion during the following Entry Period (the “Entry Period”):

• From April 11, 2025 at 1:30 a.m. to May 9, 2025 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT)
• From 11 April 2025 at 8:30 (GMT) / 9:30 (BST) to 9 May 2025 at 14:59 (GMT) / 15:59 (BST)
• From 11 April 2025 at 18:30 to 10 May 2025 at 00:59 (AEST) *April 14, 2025 - Ending date has been adjusted to match PDT and GMT times above..

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Visit the Community Finder page within the Lodestone website.
• Click on the "+ New Recruitment" button.
• Click on the "Create a page for your free company" button and fill in all the necessary information listed in the page.
• Under the "Details" section include the following template as-is along with the name of your desired item from the list below:

• Once you verify that all the information is correct, press the "Confirm" button to complete your recruitment.
• Form the free company in FINAL FANTASY XIV under the character you used to post the recruitment.
• Return to the Community Finder page and go to your recruitment listing. Click on the "End Recruitment" button.
• Click on the "Ended via Community Finder" button.

Additional entry restrictions and terms

• If you change your character name and/or Home World before prizes are distributed, your Entry will be void.
• Recruitment posts from the Lodestone page will be processed after the campaign concludes, on or around June 8 at around 8:00 p.m. (PDT) / 9 June 2025 at around 3:00 (GMT) / 4:00 (BST) / 13:00 (AEST). Please note that it takes some time for the in-game data to reflect onto the Lodestone, so please be careful when changing the leader of the free company.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select a total of one hundred (100) winners from among all entries (pooled from all regions) using the following methodology:

• Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all qualifying entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive five (5) Wrapped Present, and one (1) of the following in-game prizes:

• One (1) Great Paraserpent;
• One (1) Modern Aesthetics – Strife;
• One (1) Noble Barding;
• One (1) Scarf of Wondrous Wit;
• One (1) Ahriman Choker;
• One (1) Mandragora Choker;
• One (1) Gaelicap; or
• One (1) Loporrit Earrings.

Each prize is a virtual, in-game item with no monetary value. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred.

Sponsor reserves the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) on or about June 30, 2025 via the in-game moogle delivery service.

You will not be able to receive the prize if your in-game moogle letter box is full, or the number of attached items has reached their maximum. Please delete old letters, or accept any attached items, to ensure you can receive the rewards smoothly.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

H. Notificación a los ganadores: El patrocinador, o su designado, notificará a los ganadores alrededor del 30 de junio de 2025 dentro del juego mediante Moogle Delivery Service.
