Melee Limit Break seems to have a problem

limit breaks are tied to ilvl of the party, I do not see this cap as my lbs hit for 1.140m ish

unless you mean there's a visual bug i've not seen yet.

Specifically the average item level of the weapons of the party, not even all gear. I'd need to retest it but I believe this is true still.
