FFXIV totems need to change

Besides having to wait for almost a year until I can buy the mount with totems, what annoys me the most is winning the roll.
Mount drop rates are already low enough by themselves. But dividing that tiny drop rate by 8 makes it not worth my time.
Currently the only way to avoid it is going in with statics, where often players suspiciously leave soon after they are done or don't have time on subsequent scheduled raids anymore.

I'd rather have mounts as personal loot, like they did with Delubrum Reginae rewards.
