Gulool Ja is the de-facto leader of a country built on electrope where people wear neon-leather and brain wiping gizmos, can we get him some new clothes? Does no one in Oblivion know how to sew?

Bare minimum could they at least give his clothes a re-color so it doesn't look like he's wearing a burlap sack
