Can we get Gulool Ja some new threads?

Gulool Ja is the de-facto leader of a country built on electrope where people wear neon-leather and brain wiping gizmos, can we get him some new clothes? Does no one in Oblivion know how to sew?

Bare minimum could they at least give his clothes a re-color so it doesn't look like he's wearing a burlap sack

I'm not gonna say he doesn't deserve a bit of a fancier outfit, but I will say that I think his clothes do a weirdly good job of fitting three specific roles that he has to fulfill, that don't necessarily line up.

1. To look like a sad, out-of-place street urchin in the colorful Solution Nine,
2. To aesthetically fit in with Tuliyollal and their relatively simple outfit cuts,
3. To aesthetically fit in with Oblivion and their drably-colored, purposeful coats.

He actually does manage to successfully fit into all three of these contexts, even if he doesn't do it in a flashy way.

I don't mean this to disparage Gulool Ja as a character, but he's a blank slate right now, and his outfit reflects that. He's going to get his outfit change when he knows who he wants to be.

I think after we've dealt with Preservation, Gulool Ja is going to relinquish his authority back to Sphene, and continue working with Oblivion where he can be the most helpful, and get some comfy streetwear. I think that's were his heart is.

Maybe they could make him a custom delivery host in a later patch, so we can dress him up ourselves. ^^

They might at least run them through a laundry cycle, they look stained.
