They could have staggered it differently, that each death more increases respawn time by like 3 seconds. But keeping respawns fast initially. There is not much reward atm for playing safe, because the durations are all too similar. And in the end, it is very punishing even if you didn't have 0 death yet. Why not reward the 0 death player more, for staying so long alive? That he can instantly come back in overtime more or less...Would change how people play and how much risk they take.
