Instead of trying to rally people with hearts and relying on an appeal to populism ("Many people missed it~"), you could simply say "Dang, I missed the event and I'd sure like that outfit, any chance of it coming back please?"

I'd personally support the humble latter approach than what feels like an insincere dishonest approach with the former.

also i dont find my self rallying people as you say and since when suggestion is bad . a lot of people already sent mails about this event to return and suggesting it to come more often or even get the items in online store . so if you have it and you okay so far and you dont need to do this event ofc you can not suggest it and suggest what you want in game but thats my suggestion and i hope everyone else who wants it to do it so

they seem to bring it back every 2 years

well first time took 2 years to come out and then it took 3 years to come again so it might come in 1 year or 2 or 3 or 4 dunno xD but a lot of people want to come back to game to get it and suggestions might bring it earlier who knows
