3 of my retainers cant be summoned ("Your retainer did not respond")

Somewhat, if I press the second option (Dispatch a retainer to *current city*) and select one of the 3 retainers, it responds with "The retainer was unable to make the trip".

But I also have something else thats interesting, apparently I already had this exact issue around 8 years ago, and already posted this on the forums (which I totally forgot):

Back then it was also right after a transfer, and as far as I can remember now, it was because the retainers didnt successfully transfer over, so someone from support had to transfer them over manually. I assume its the same case today.
I can only hope that after all these years of not playing, that this is still fixable, cause those retainers had the most valuable stuff I own ...
