Sounds like you're part of the problem
Also, oo yikes maybe don't call it that.
Also also, how would they strike? there's 10 million other dps jobs i dont think it'll matter if some people don't play black mage
Blm doesn't adjust, you adjust for blm.
Mega threads never made sense to me, JP forums have a BLM from 2014, and there is almost 400 pages of feedback, where do you start from to read on specific patch feedback? Between that and Serenaya's MCH thread doing absolutely nothing, and the original healstrike thread not being addressed I can't believe a mega thread is the way they listen to feedback. In which case I'll do my utmost to make my voice heard. Which means doing both threads and mega threads.
random shower thought, if we want more blm changes we just have to find a new alternative rotation, infinity movement rotation and they will surely kill it next patch
I mean they kinda didn't. They just made the normal rotation more able to move to comparatively lower the viability of going for an all-instant rotation.
1. Devs say to use the forum for feedback.
2. People use the forum for feedback.
3. ???
4. Somebody finds a reason to complain.
Tale as old as time.
My outline for a Chemist healer: https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/513527-Healer-Concept-Draft-Chemist
Imagine getting this upset by the state of the forums lmao. This is literally every patch a random job gets spammed deal with it. It's more childish to crash out over it like this than to contribute to the conversation people want to engage in or ignoring it.
Don't really see the point in telling people to form up all their individual threads into a megathread. Maybe it'll create more meaningful commentary, but if the Healstrike thread is anything to go by: the commentary and discussion will go unheard. Maybe keeping BLM discourse condensed somewhere will help other issues surface into discussion more easily, but if the other threads are anything to go by then broadened discussion topics will go unheard. This forum just exists to be one large metaphorical stress ball, complete with some individuals judging others for needing a stress ball.
I am a Japanese player.
Please forgive my poor English.
I envy the situation where there are threads on different topics, like in English forums.
Because I can see what part of the BLM simplification you are all dissatisfied with this time around.
There is only one thread on BLM in the Japanese forum.
There, the number of people complaining about simplification is decreasing.
I think it appears that way because the complainers end up writing in the first few days
and those who accept the changes and the casual players then write in late.
I am afraid that SE will look at such a situation and say,
“The voices of dissatisfaction have calmed down,” or "We have received favorable feedback about the simplification.
I am a player who cannot accept simplification.
But I don't think there is anything more I can do in the Japanese forum. I have already written what I can think of.
I look forward to seeing future discussions in the English Forum.

We appreciate you coming from the Japanese forum and hearing your opinion on how the Japanese forums work
Unfortunately we are rather disillusioned over here as we have reached a point where we truly believe that the devs don’t read the English forums and our feedback is being totally ignored. We also are not allowed to post on the JP forum or our posts get deleted
We hope you have luck in the JP forum as we believe our forum at this point is a waste of time
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess
