Since 7.2 i have weird stuttering for a few seconds every now and then.
I go from (locked) 87fps to weird drops and stuttering and it goes back to normal.
I am playing in 3440x1440 with a 9800X3D with an RTX3080.
No issue prior 7.2 so i think it's patch related.
