While currently having no color-blindness issues of my own, I do have a passing curiosity/interest in seeing how {software} deals with it. (Because, my own eyesight isn't exactly perfect and is almost certainly going to get worse with time...)
Third boss of the newest 24-man raid.

Places 6 crystals on the ground in 6 different colors. They represent lightning(purple), fire/red), ice(light blue), water(dark blue), earth(yellow) and air(green). The boss will send out two rings from the center, these rings will match a color of the crystals, making the two matching ones blow up with a circle AoE. He does this twice, a different move and then a third time.
While the circles he send out have a bit of an effect on them such as waves on the water, it's subtle and can be difficult to see in the heat of a fight.
