Female Miqo'te Hairstyle Texture Bug

Frequency: Constant (Perhaps an oversight by the devs?)

Character name@Home World name: Yhisa F'whalon @ Faerie
Class/Level: WHM / 100
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Not sure what time, I was looking at Character Creation
Area and coordinates: Character Creation

Steps:
1. Go into Character Creation and create any Female Miqo'te.
2. Choose Hairstyle 19, going from the top left and select a dark color.
3. Now go back and Create any other Female race with the same hairstyle, its more obvious with dark colors.

Please see attached screenshot of the issue. I looked at each race and only Female Miqo'te have this problem.
