Deep dungeon portrait kits

Hello, just coming here to express dissapointment that the all new portrait kits from both palace and heaven on high cost potsherds.

It makes me think that the devs are really out of touch with playerbase, especially the deep dungeon community. Potsherds are precious resources that allow us to play more and it is a common stance among players that we do not get enough of them (aside from hoh as 21-30 is basicly neutered so u can do it in 10 minutes).

Please make at least the 10 potsherd framer kit cost clear tokens instead! It is already the case with Eureka Orthos, and i dont think anyone complained the enaretos framers kit costing orthos token.
There is no use for clear tokens after u buy the few things as well, please give me a way to use those!

It would be nice to allow us to use clear tokens to get the framer's kits, or at least let us trade clear tokens for 5-10 potsherds to give them purpose in the long term.

Based idea, on top of that they should remove materia from hoards and place potsherds there in its stead. We can already buy the materia at npc.

bronze chests have a ~50% droprate on potsherds past floor 100 or 50
if you get 1 bronze chest per floor, then its ~50 potsherds per clear + the guaranteed ones (in potd)

At least give proper numbers lol. On a good run you can expect sets above 100 to yield ~4 potsherds if you open every single chest. Sometimes its more, and its not uncommon to get less. My recent whm run i got 3 total from 141-170 (opening all chests btw). However you need to account for potions used, while 4 posherds is usually potion positive, its not always the case if you want to go hard or want to feel safe.

Actuall % chance on floors above 100 range from 23% to 45% (not every floor has bronze chests either, floors that have big potsherd chance have 10-15% chance a chest is bronze)

If you run 51-200 in party you can expect 6-12 potsherds going to you (they are randomly distributed between players) guaranteed one included.

If you go solo, sure you will get more (mentioned 4 per set) but you will also spend potions which cost potsherds, unless you specifily farm for them which is not fun and time consuming, and that leads to my point - fuel for your fun runs is also considered a 'reward currency', meanwhile what should be reward currency is just gathering dust in the inventory.

Even more telling is the %chance within all chests, ranging from 3% to 10% (about 5.6% average) and about 60 chests per set (coming to 3.3 potsherds per set).
For chest amount i looked into a few dd tracker files some score runners posted on angelus's discord (and score runners basicly pick every chest as they give points)

which is still enough to get the framers kit in a single run, so the complains here are pretty much obsolete (as usual)

It unironically was very easy for me to afford due to being a chronic soloer. Made around 10-12 potsherds before I messed up on a floor mostly full of harambe and gloom (177). If anything I think I was positive even on sustaining potions.

Granted I am an outlier and have 698 potions currently with... 131 potsherds in storage. While I wouldn't be opposed to it having cost pumpkins or crests, potsherds are not difficult to acquire. If you're complaining about that then you're essentially complaining about having to put in work for something.

Sorry that im not willing to slug through 100-180 singlepulling all the way through. Did that once on mch, only using sustain potions on some bosses. Dont want to do that again.
I repeat my complaint is about ignoring the actual reward token and making the kit cost what could be fuel for regular runs. Especially with precedent of Eureka Orthos doing this properly.
Its easy to say 'i earned 12 potsherds doing my run'. But each time it would have to be followed by "i spent 10 of those for potions" if you wanted to actually do the content more.

So is there any reason you wouldnt want the portrait kit to cost an actuall clear token like it does with Eureka Orthos?
And i take it by ignoring the issue of sustaining potion cost of each run you out yourself as someone who treats deep dungeons not as actual content you can enjoy but a mindless grindfest.
