Being able to mount while running makes the gamemode feel so much faster.
It's as pathetic as ever because of the series rewards that attract players uninterested in PvP + lack of tutorial + rewards regardless of performance.
With the new BH distribution, the devs should consider that reward to be given only to players who reach BH1 at least once during the run. That may not be enough but it would still prune the bottom of the pile.

That said, I'm not convinced the disinterested are on the field much yet.
Just ran into a double premade which was basically completely pointless for all involved.

I'm having a good time with the new stuff, though maybe I'm just abusing eagle eye shot at the expense of others, heh. MCH almost feels like how it felt before all the damage resistance nonsense, so I'm enjoying it while it lasts
Killing has become less rewarding while participating in fights has become more rewarding.
Snowballing has been slightly nerfed while assists has been buffed.
If for some reason you're not able to secure any kills all you need is 25 assist compared to the 50 you needed then.
Seems like a decent adjustment. I'm not sure why some are upset about this.
Only played a few matches on Onsal Hakair yesterday, but so far so good. Need more time with it, but looking like it could be the most fun version of FL since 6.0.
There's some room for refinement: don't think viper needed more mit with how cracked they are with bloodbath and I don't think a 20% damage penalty makes sense on paladin in a 7.1 spec world. In general the role action need some refinement. That said, so far in terms of game feel I like it. The mounting changes are a global system adjustment but they really breathe new life into the mode.
I predict overall a faster game with higher lethality, which can be OK with a few more tweaks.
The best thing about the changes: i saw a certain premade lose every single match i participated in.

Really? Frontlines has been feeling more like hot garbage every patch since the rework because they keep listen to awful players who only play the mode once a day for the EXP bonus.
The Battle High changes were for exactly those players.
Battle High increases healing potency.Killing has become less rewarding while participating in fights has become more rewarding.

Battle High changes makes playing range even safer and easier, and we've already been in a ranged meta for far too long due to atrocious balancing decisions.
Players that don't deserve to have battle high because they can press 1 AoE before running away are now even more annoying to kill because sprint is unlimited and they heal for far more with freebie battle highs.
It also makes feeders WORSE because now they can give more battle high.

Yes before 7.2, the changes were made specifically for rouletters. No not now. Because you still delete bh5 noobs, OR, they're not efficient so they might as well be bh0 it doesn't matter.Really?
