The Street Attire (Graphic Update)

Yeah they "upgraded" some Far Eastern stuff and the Dirndl/Bergsteiger sets, and the metallic dyes are not as shiny anymore - at least not the same way they were before. Also the Dirndl's Attire got changed but I was almost exclusively using the pumps anyway - the top looks like plastic now, really shitty, and the pumps got a noticeable texture instead of an uniform sheen, while the socks got turned into "velvet", which I don't mind as much, metallic dyes looked kind of silly on them. However, that's the point - if you wanted matte socks, there are approximately 99 other dyes you could have used. They also hit my favourite skirt (Far Eastern Lady Errant's Attire), the main part is still shiny (less/differently so) but the metallic clasp gets turned matte by metallic dyes now. Which is especially dumb, because the default color is metallic already

Basically, almost every outfit and armor item they listed under "Graphical details for the following gear has been improved" has been turned worse with metallic dyes since they started down this path. This is what they think is an improvement. I hope we're "safe" until 8.0 but I fear they'll do a major push to ruin ALL of the gear they didn't make in the DT engine by then.
