They actually DID catch this during final QA, though, and that's why it's in the Known Issues. They just determined it wasn't important enough to delay the patch, and I agree with that assessment.
I think Reyn is talking about the EN version of LL patch notes being weirdly translated, while the other version is more understandable and closer to JP. Not the actual bugs itself. But this is just my interpretation though.
