I still have my doubts that phys ranged's gameplay can or will be improved by fight design. I think how the role is designed i.e. no cast times, and no restrictions on range is an inherently flawed design that leads to a role that cannot be challenged by the environments it plays in. I think something like pvp-style walking casts is a solution that will allow phys ranged to be considered in more meaningful balance decisions, and allow it to be challenged by fights like every other role. Gonna need to throw myself at savage before I can provide more detailed feedback however.
