Shop Item Delivered to Wrong Character -- Cannot Discard

Hi.

The other day my friend sent me steam money to buy some items. I went on the shop and got to the check out phase, made sure to select my character every time, but had issues with the website kicking me out.

I would get to the check out portion and hit next, and the site logged me out. I logged back in, selected my character again and got the last page, and on submit it once more logged me out. I logged back in, and it finally went through but had reset the character even after I double checked.

Now the items (Phoenix Mount, Dote Emote, Loveheart Emote) were sent to my alt and not my main.

Both characters are on Balmung, and at first I didn't have the alt even accept the items hoping the transfer would be easier.

But then after talking to a GM, they said they could transfer the items but that I needed the alt to discard them first. So I had the alt accept the items from mogmail into inventory and .... the Discard button is GRAYED OUT.

I replied this to the GM, and they just re-copied the same message about discarding.

I am at a loss of what to do now....

We kindly advise to reach out to the GM team and clarify to them once more that you need assistance with removing the items from your inventory as the Discard button is unavailable.
