Harder, I think. It's more execution-based, no annoying laggy plumes to dodge. Everyone basically has to be playing at as high a level as possible, there's not much room to carry people.

I would say no personally, ifrit is alot about countering the server instability where as darnus hardmode is more about execution.

Such a long fight compared to anything else in the game as well, so there's much more time to make mistakes etc. I'd say it's harder, esp since a lot of the Ifrit X mechanics have been learned and out for so long.
