Square Enix please don't balance game to 1% player

"Every job now has two buttons: Attack (builds bar) and Big Attack (spends bar). Tanks also have Ouchie (damage reduction) and healers have Fix Ouchie (heals everyone to max HP). Now all jobs are accessible to everyone! Enjoy!"

We joke around but this is genuinely like how close we are getting at this point, the job design is so bland and awful theirs hardly anything to even take at this point.
