The new player experience is awful slow and offputting, theirs been so many players who quit because of how slow and long ARR takes alone.

I don't get how its such a hard concept to grasp that we can have easy jobs for "casual players" while having "difficult jobs" for anyone wanting slightly more challenge, even new/casual players can pick up "difficult jobs" and they don't have to perform well if they're doing casual content itself.

I played paladin in SHB and didn't even know to DOT properly by 80, did it magically bar me off content? No. So why do we need to make changes that literally effect no one but people who go into hard content and expect to automatically be good at their job.
