The Content Creator shills are already trying to hype the update as "A move in the right direction" "A change in positivity for the game"!

Then you look at the same people couple hours later and they're playing or talking about WoW, This community is so messed up lmao. Why are you playing another game if you're so positive about XIV's state and future?

I don't think it's intentionally deceptive or manipulative.

I think people, including content creators, just have too much copium for this game.

It's always weird to me how the live letters are so bland and dull, showing next to nothing, but people will get so hyped over it.

It reminds me of PS1 era graphics. The polygons were crap, but you get so excited and amazed because your imagination fills up the rest of the scene.

This is what it is with live letters. They give nothing, and leave your imagination to fill in the blanks.
