This is an obvious choice but SE have been sitting on blitzball for a while now, they wanted to put the actual game itself in as a minigame but haven't said anything about it in ages.
Last year Yoshi-P yelled "NO!" when just asked "Blitzball?" in an interview ahead of DT's release. I think that means we're not getting it.

He said something along the lines that if they change it, then people will complain and if they keep it as is from FFX then he's worried that the devs would put all this time and money into it and people will play it once and never again (see Lord of Verminion).
