Urgent Help Needed – Error 10105 on PS4

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble logging into Final Fantasy XIV Online on my PS4. I keep getting Error Code 10105, and I get stuck on the "Now Loading" screen, unable to proceed.

I’ve already tried the following:

- Restarting my router and modem
- Using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi
- Checking if my internet is working properly
- Waiting for a while and trying again

Interestingly, I can switch data centers without any issues, but I still get stuck when trying to log in.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
