My favorite part of patch 7.2 is that it's going to bring content to the game by adding nothing but a wait for patch 7.2x to patch 7.2 to bring content to the game.
Is it so hard to just release something to do already...?
"Well this is how they've always released things."
"You just burn through content too fast."
"It would be overwhelming if they gave us more than one thing to do at a time."
"It's not SE's fault you're not a (raider/crafter/whatever single piece of content they added), you're only playing half the game so don't complain."
I feel like I'm going insane. Do people not realize this MMO takes $12.99 out of their bank account every month or that they paid for this expansion?

Not to my knowledge, or at least it wasn’t on a slide if they did.
They had said in a previous interview that it wouldn’t be ready for 7.2, something along the lines of “please give us a little more time,” with the assumption being 7.3, but not firmly stated.
That's most likely the case, I was hoping we would see that in 7.2, so I guess mid summer when 7.3 is launched that I hope we see those features for housing arrive.

What are the devs even doing with the average class balance
It’s so obvious the devs have no idea how EN players play this game. Buffing melee then “making up time harder” won’t make melee more rewarding, it’ll make EN players come up with even more elaborate melee uptime strats biasing the melee further and with their unrestricted dominance with the nerf of PCT we will be back to “melee do more damage because……….”
Like was PCT that much of an afront they have to lobotomise BLM again and nerf it nerf PCT AND buff the melees
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess

And it will make melee players whine because they're dropping a handful of GCDs over a whole fight and complain that they should be able to have 100% uptime like a rphys job. What are the devs even doing with the average class balance

Rphys jobs of course, that they also spend time crapping on because those should know their place as they have no uptime constraints to play around and are by definition definitely no effort, and more effort should be rewarded in more damage.
i know im the minority. but as a melee im looking forward to it.And it will make melee players whine because they're dropping a handful of GCDs over a whole fight and complain that they should be able to have 100% uptime like a rphys job.
