Can't buy more retainers

As stated in the title, I can't hire more retainers through the Mogstation. I currently have 2 additional, but want to upgrade. However, whenever I choose my new option and select 'Next', the page simply loops me back and nothing changes. I've attempted to use a different browser, as well as my phone. No luck.

So I actually just tried something on a whim and it worked. I removed my payment method from my account, and then re-registered it. For whatever reason, that fixed the issue. Hope this works for you as well.

I've had this issue as well just last night. I may try the card removal and re-adding.

I have tried multiple browsers and my phone and it just loops like the origal poster.

I had this problem. Deleting my credit card and registering it again definitely worked.
