The Amount of Cash Shop Items is Frustrating, Especially in a Content LUL

To start off, this isn't a blanket "cash shop bad" post. I don't think there's much wrong with the cash shop existing in the way that it has been for the majority of its existence. But the amount of items they've been adding to it recently, especially during such a crazy content lul, is frustrating.

In 60 days, 5 exclusive outfits, 3 exclusive hairstyles, 3 exclusive weapons, 3 exclusive housing items and 1 exclusive emote (totaling $131 USD) have been added to the Online Store. That's 15 individual items added.

The most recent patch, 7.15, released 84 days ago, which added 1 outfit, 1 hairstyle, 2 mounts, 10 housing items, 1 minion and 1 emote (including the camera emote). That's essentially the same amount of items added with a larger time window.

Part of my complaint is partially due to how the game has always been structured. It's frustrating that the cash shop genuinely has a better drip feed than the base has right now, it terms of items added. Imagine if random items were added to the game as frequently as they're added to the cash shop. Plop an off-patch outfit in for trophy crystals, or an emote for gemstones. It's just... something at all.

Again, I personally am not against the cash shop. It is what it is and it will always exist. But when they release this much with nothing to do in-game, it's very sobering.

Sounds fair in a game where mostly everything is bought from savage gear, ultimate mogs, DD solo clear titles to even freaking relic weapon farms.

All that matters is to look cool and glorious at your next virtual house party.

Sadly, they will keep doing it, and it will keep getting worse and worse because gamers are the problem overall. If people would stop paying money into cash shops, they would quickly stop doing them as much. Taking advantage of people and getting them to spend money is easier than not doing it, so it will only keep getting worse. People are just too stupid overall and will always give in to it.

Those new housing plants they added just now should have been available in the game, they are terribly overpriced and I would have loved to get a few of them but not at 5 dollars each.
