That only applies to the ones with a single spawn point. Many older ones have multiple spawn points: Steel Reign, Prey Online, A Horse Outside and Foxy Lady.

oh oof, so you still have to camp out for Foxy Lady for the tell and stuff. At least it's easy to tell when Steel Reign's spawned.
