Furniture and the issue of having to glitch

So I'm just going to bring this up: Why is this even a thing still? We have to glitch for placement of items, when wouldn't it be simpler to create a third category as "floor" kin pieces such as stages, the lofts, and many other items that could count as the floor itself, allowing free placement? I don't know if it's even possible to do what I want with the glitch, Aka, put the coffin on a stage.

Honestly, this is why I haven't left my house. Part me really wants to be in the Foundation zone but I really can't be bothered to recreate my lofted bed again.

Because Square Enix and CBU3 are incompetent, with an accountant with no vision in charge, and its resources siphoned away to fund another flop.

I'm sure this simple fix is on their to-do list. They'll probably add this right after they give Hrothgar and Viera the ability to wear hats.

the difference is originally by design Viera and Hrothgar weren't supposed to get any hats because they had unique faces and facial attributes that could be modified that other races don't get so by design they weren't even supposed to get a single hat lol judging by a viera hairstyle they were by design suppose to get hats through things like hairstyles if any at all.


beside most hats look ugly asf anyways on any race outside of lalafell hats just get hidden anyways unless its a mask/eye wear

Its okay guys, its only been years. Its coming like the Grand Company ranks, Improvement of friendlist, viera and hrotgar hats and more character customization. Right around the corner guys!

tbh they were meant to get unique hairstyles as a form of compensation for not being able to wear any hats, but there's been nothing on that front either

If a 3rd party tool exists that makes interior design easier (free placement of objects), it means implementing this feature officially shouldn't be difficult.
