- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which error occurs
- Troubleshooting steps taken so far

What Platform? (Steam/Windows/Mac etc.)

Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?

In addition, we would like you to click on ‘Start’ or the ‘Windows’ icon and click ‘Run’. At the run line, please type ‘DXDIAG’, and hit ‘OK’. Then click “Save all information” (in the DXDIAG window) and save it to a .txt file. Copy all that information and reply to this email with it. Please also include all details involved with the problem for investigation on our end.
